Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Clear Health Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
