Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Nest Housing Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on repair requests. • Python or R for analysis.
