Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Boston, MA)

Silverline North Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Boston. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Investigate trends in quality documentation and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
