Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Glen Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Boise, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
