Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sable Water Authority and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 945 people based in Boise. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
