Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Union Banking Services Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in account openings and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on branch operations.
