Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Boise, ID)

Highbridge Oak Health Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Boise. What you will do • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient scheduling. • Python or R for analysis.
