Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Boise, ID)

Redstone Bridge Legal Group is a law firm in Boise serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on client files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
