Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Kestrel Financial Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in vendor spend and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
