Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Birmingham, AL)

Silverline Kestrel Early Learning is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
