Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Austin, TX)

Bluepeak Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
