Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Corner Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Austin, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Families are partners. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on learning materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
