Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Lakeside Legal Group is a Austin practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on trust accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
