Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Austin, TX)

Highbridge Cedar Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Austin, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Austin. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
