Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Lumen Juniper Civic Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 968 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Investigate trends in budget submissions and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on case files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
