Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge Juniper Energy is an energy provider in Anchorage focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 919 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on usage data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
