Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Albuquerque with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
