Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Cobalt Property Management is a Wichita property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
