Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Wichita, KS)

Lumen Stone Freight is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer tracking and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
