Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Tulsa, OK)

Silverline North Insurance is an insurance company in Tulsa with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in underwriting files and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
