Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Silverline Beacon Water Authority Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in pipe repairs and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
