Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Tucson, AZ)

Westbrook Kestrel Water Authority Partners operates treatment plants and pipelines around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in pipe repairs and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on water quality. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
