Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Wilder Construction Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
