Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Birch Care Services provides in-home and community support in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on visit scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
