Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Lakeside Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Tucson focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
