Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Lakeside Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Tucson, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on field visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
