Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Harbor Care Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
