Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Bright Sparrow Banking Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in branch operations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
