Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Spokane, WA)

Bluepeak Umber Foods is a Spokane food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in allergen controls and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer specifications.
