Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Rowan Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Seattle plant. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 309 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in allergen controls and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
