Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Seattle, WA)

Redstone Forge Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Seattle focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
