Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Seattle, WA)

Cedar Willow Housing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on repair requests.
