Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Hollow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Seattle, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on supply orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
