Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Orchard Civic Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in case files and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on permits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
