Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Cedar Hollow Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Investigate trends in fleet maintenance and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
