Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Rochester, NY)

Highbridge Wren Health provides primary and specialty care in Rochester, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
