Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Richmond, VA)

Cedar Sable Financial is a financial-services company in Richmond, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in account servicing and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor spend. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
