Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Reno, NV)

Northwind Forge Foods is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Reno. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in sanitation schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on allergen controls. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
