Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Silverline Wilder Pharma and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Reno. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on quality documentation. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
