Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Foxglove Umber Health is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
