Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Lumen Quill Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Hartford, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in loan files and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
