Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Vista Financial serves customers across Raleigh with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in vendor spend and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on account servicing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
