Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Silverline Quill Farms is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 453 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on harvest schedules.
