Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meridian Civic Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 880 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
