Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Willow Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 435 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
