Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Greenridge Vale Housing manages affordable housing communities across Wichita. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
