Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Rivermark Vista Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
