Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Orchard Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Wichita, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. We reward reliability. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer tracking and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
