Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Stonegate Works is an agricultural business based around Tucson, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
