Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Stonegate Linden Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Seattle, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in outage reports and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
